Dare to Smile

Hey everyone!
So this was a good week this last week! We did more service for M...'s family in the countryside, finished cutting down the reeds in his swamp, helped him move a big pile of dirt, etc. and it was a super fun day. He told me to bring shorts and had me go in into the deep parts with them rolled up so that we could get all of the reeds, not just the shallow ones. It was fun, and it was great to get out and help him.
Also this week we had exchanges with the Zone Leaders. They came from Ploiești and stayed here. I went on exchange with Elder B.... He's super cool and it was super fun. In the evening we got put in a 3-some because the other elders were on splits and Elder Lah...'s split ended faster than Elder Las...'s, so we took Elder Lah... with us for a few hours. While we were together we decided we would do a thing that Elder B... had done a different time in his mission and we all got poster boards and drew faces with phrases for their mouths and held them outside the church and tried to get people to laugh or smile. It was fun. The signs said ”Zâmbiți Piteștenilor!”, ”Fiți Fericiți” and ”Îndrăzniți să zâmbiți” (Smile Piteștians, Be happy, and Dare to smile). It was super fun and we got lots of people happy from it which was good.
Also on our exchange we had a lesson with An... and gave her a baptismal date! So she'll be baptized on the 13th of July after she takes the Bac, a huge test here in Romania which is necessary to get into college (like the ACT kinda). Also we have a few new investigators and we're meeting with them today and tomorrow.
Basically it was a good week with good work and I liked it! Also, we're working on an epic project as part of a zone goal, so I'll let you all know about what happens with that later.
